Return Policy - Clozart

Thank you for shopping at Clozart! We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Beauty and health products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or “Non-returnable”

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@clozart.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and attach the provided shipping label.
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping facility.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company as there may be processing delays. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@clozart.com.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process for returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@clozart.com and we will guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped to you. In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.

International Returns

Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If customs fees apply to the return, these will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@clozart.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
